A Surprise Winter Proposal in North Vancouver
Avanish convinced Mitra that they needed a selfie at their favorite spot in North Vancouver – at the foot of the mountains with a breathtaking view.
She agreed, and as they approached the spot, she discovered a beautiful set up that he had planned out perfectly.
Vintage globes and crates combined with beautiful lanterns, clocks, candles and hand-lettered signs were placed neatly on the ground to surprise Mitra with a special New Year’s Eve proposal.
A gorgeous hand-lettered globe with the quote ‘You are my greatest adventure’ sat atop rustic crates.
A lettered chalkboard shared their first kiss story and Avanish’s wish to celebrate the New Year with his fiancée this year.
Copper lanterns filled with candles were another special detail he planned.
As they reached their favorite spot, they came upon the engagement set up and a look of surprise washed over Mitra’s face.
She knew something special was about to happen when they stopped under a canopy of string lights.
He got down on one knee in the most stunning location and popped the question.
She said ‘Yes!’
Excitement washed over the couple as they looked at the special details Avanish included in the engagement.
Avanish and Mitra looked forward to a new year as their adventure began together as a newly engaged couple.
