Green Details
Embracing the Irish colors and traditions, green was the chosen color of the day for this couple’s wedding. It is shown through all of their details and was a beautiful accent for this St. Patrick’s Day wedding.
The Irish flag flew proudly on their wedding day! The kelly green was the perfect shade and the shamrock address marker was a fun, unexpected detail too.
Everything followed the St. Paddy’s Day suit – from the bride’s wedding accessories to the gorgeous stationery they sent to each guest. It all matched perfectly.
While getting ready for the big day, the bride and her mother shared a few special moments.
Of course, the bridal bouquet was filled with green as well! The greenery was paired with beautiful pink, burgundy, and white blooms.
Their ceremony was a stunning sight in a beautiful church with large floral arrangements on either side of the aisle.
Once they said their vows, they celebrated their first moments as husband and wife with a sweet kiss.
Guests cheered as they walked down the aisle as a married couple!
Bridal Party Photo Shoot Fun
Once the ceremony was over, it was time for some fun with the bridal party and the photographer!
As wedding portraits are a must, the bride and groom took some time to share a few special moments before the fun began.
The bride’s gorgeous gown and bouquet were perfectly fitting for their beautiful day.
The bridesmaids wore green gowns in honor of the St. Patrick’s Day. Their bouquets complimented the bride’s flowers as well. All of the bridesmaids looked gorgeous while sharing a couple of candid moments with the bride.
The groomsmen looked dapper in their black suits and bowties. The groomsmen took pride in standing next to the groom and supporting him on his big day.
A trolley with a Just Married banner carried the wedding party around town between the ceremony and reception.
The wedding party sure did know how to have fun! Wonderful memories were made during their time together before the wedding reception.
After a stop at the Guinness brewery – a true Irish treat – it was time for the reception to begin!
Let the Party Begin!
The reception was just as beautiful as the ceremony! With lots of green and gold details, it matched the rest of the day perfectly.
A beautiful mirror with an Irish welcome greeted guests as they arrived at the venue.
Each of the tables was adorned with elegant centerpieces. One arrangement had tall branches with flowers blossoming and tiny lanterns. Another had gold stands that held up beautiful white and green arrangements surrounding tea light votives. Rustic candelabras held gold speckled candle holders and light greenery. It was a wonderful way to bring all of the wedding colors into the decor. The floral detail, tea lights, and table decor made for a truly beautiful reception.
Their two-tier wedding cake stood tall on a rustic gold cake plate. The cake had silver sugar clover leaves and was topped with a Lucky in Love cake topper.
Instead of a wedding band, men with bagpipes serenaded guests! What a fun traditional addition to a St. Patrick’s Day wedding!
The bride and groom looked right at home on the dance floor during their first dance as husband and wife.
They shared a few laughs while performing the cake cutting ceremony and exchanging a few bites.
As the night went on, they shared in lots of love, laughter, and happiness with friends and family.
From infusing Irish traditions and colors into their wedding to incorporating friends into their photo shoot to gliding along the dance of their elegant reception, the bride and groom created wonderful memories they will reminisce on for years to come.
