There’s just something special about a fall wedding. The turning leaves, the crisp air, it’s the perfect time for the joining of two people in love! This couple made a spectacular DIY wedding for their close friends and family with bright red accents and lots of big smiles. Read on to see how the day came together.
Getting Ready With Flair
Getting ready for your wedding day can be a fun experience and these ladies started it off right! They gathered together and all took a shot off their DIY ShotSki!
After a little liquid courage, the ladies got ready with the help of something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue. Then the girl’s got the bride all set in her lace gown.
Red Floral Accents
A vibrant red was the color of choice for this fall wedding. The bride had a bright bouquet of red roses while the room had a single rose for his boutonniere.
A Grinning Groom
While the ladies were getting ready, the groomsmen got together to have some bonding of their own. The groomsmen suited up in there light gray suits with dark gray shirts and ties, while the groom himself shined in his white shirt and tie to match his lovely bride.
They of course couldn’t miss out on trying the ShotSki for themselves as well!
Memorable Photo Shoot
The fall leaves made for the perfect backdrop for the couple’s photos together.
The bridal party embraced their outdoor photoshoot with big smiles and lots of silly poses. The bridesmaids even did a great pose from the film of the same name.
DIY Wedding Reception
The reception was a DIYer’s dream! The bride recruited her amazing family members to use their talents to create the centerpieces that would decorate the room. The tables each featured a beautifully cut and stained wood tray with a luminous white lantern and a few white flower and greenery placed inside them.
The dessert table was filled to the brim with decadent cupcakes with red and white frosting. From the rustic mason jars to the custom cake topper, you could tell this couple wanted each detail to be special.
Fond Farewell
The reception was a huge party filled with friends and family yo celebrate the happy couple! When it was time to head home, the couple gave out our personalized credit card bottle openers as a way to remember this special day for years to come.
