1. A Beautiful Muslim Wedding Ceremony
The wedding day began with the nikah ceremony at a mosque. This Muslim ceremony consists of the groom’s formal proposal, and the marriage license is signed.
2. Pretty Pink Bridal Look
The bride looked pretty in blush and white for her first wedding look! A sparkly crystal tikka and a red, white, and blush garden-picked bouquet were lovely additions to her ensemble.
3. A Festive Mehndi Party
The night prior to the wedding, the bride threw a lively mehndi party! Mehndi, or henna, is traditionally applied to the bride’s hands and feet in elaborate designs. Other women in attendance can also have smaller, simpler designs applied to their hands.
Even the cake pops were decorated with mehndi-inspired designs!
Guests took home colorful bangles and delicious sweets.
